Barack Bellic Mashup On The Streets Of LA

obama-bellic Barack Bellic Mashup On The Streets Of LA
Actually, judging by the photos snapped by Attack of the Show segment producer Luke Wahl, it’s more of a Barack Glebov and a Barack Playboy X mash-up but that loses the alliterative quality of a Barack Bellic. Either way, the GTA IV posters of Los Angeles are advertising the audacity of hope going strong in Liberty City.

If you read the message as “Grand Theft Hope” the poster raises the possibility of some clever, young Republicans sending a message to the dems via street teams. But the Iron Man poster mash up that Wahl also posted kind of kills that notion. Plus there’s no such thing as a young republican. You have to get old enough to make money before you make the leap to the G.O.P.

Ironically the would-be pres could get some cred with the gaming crowd despite speaking out against GTA IV (video below) and the video game industry in general. But even this mixed coverage beats the hell out of his appearance in THQ’s Smackdown animation and asking WWE fans, “Can you smell what Barack is cookin’?” In Obama’s defense, Hillary Clinton and Johhn McCain produced similar spots. The three people gunning for the role of Commander in Chief all talking wrasslin’. It pretty much seals the idea that, no matter who gets elected, we’re all screwed.

Obama talking about GTA IV and other video games raising America’s children. He fails to ask when a video game will be able to babysit the little larva and drive them to soccer practice.
