In a recent interview with MTV Multiplayer, Hollywood director Brett Ratner, claims the credit for naming Guitar Hero: World Tour. On the face of it, it doesn’t sound as outrageous as “I invented the Internet,” or “Seriously, take off your shirt, I’m really a doctor.” Ratner could drop this at a cocktail party and no one would raise an eyebrow. Problem is, it’s kind of a dumb name.

Is travel is actually a part of the gameplay in Guitar Hero: World Tour. I haven’t played it yet, but I don’t recall seeing any screenshots of eighteen wheelers full of equipment, planes with built-in stripper poles or even one roadie. In other news, he wants to make a Guitar Hero movie. A sequel for The Rocker. Throw in Jackie Chan, Chris Tucker and Wolverine and call it a day. Great fucking idea champ!
