Utter meaningless grunts about the 480-horsepower and gently click the bonnet back into place without one fucking clue about the piece of machinery you just eyeballed. Polyphony’s Kazinori Yamauchi, game designer on Gran Turismo series, has at least made it a little easier to understand what the engine is doing. For the last year Yamauchi has developed a new interface for displaying RPMs, braking data, acceleration, G-forces, fuel economy and more. Users can program a custom readout and display info from up to six instruments at a time. Just try not to play with the dials too much when you get it past 150 mph.
