appleplusbullet iPhone Versus PSP Versus DS Thunderdome Deathmatch Off To Rocky Start
Reports are trickling in of iPhones getting bricked by failed firmware updates and the subsequent crash of Apple’s servers. Despite the hiccups (I guess rendering the intended hardware useless makes hiccup a bit of an understatement), Steve Jobs’ crew has something to crow about with the reported 160+ games they have waiting in the wings. As long as no one who bought the iPhone for $500 last year can get over the precipitous price drop. And everyone can leg go of their initial anger of getting placed on hold for a couple hours waiting for tech support. Yep, once they get those old servers up they’ll uh, they’ll sure have something to crow about in Cupertino. Um, ka-kaw? Stay tuned for our next installment of Games Without Boxes and we’ll take some promising titles for a test drive. The ones we can find anyway.
