Nintendo Points Stinkfinger At Nyko

According to a report on Bloomberg, Nintendo is taking Nyko to court citing trademark infringements in the design of Nyko’s wireless Kama Nunchuk. In their suit filed on June 10, Nintendo stated that the Nyko “wholly appropriates the novel shape, design, overall appearance and even the color and materials used in the Nintendo Nunchuk controller.” Nyko’s official statement at this point seems to be, “sorry.” Which translates into buy one of these fuckers right now.
