Gears of War 2 Video Gives Some Background On The New Locust Bad Guys

A few weeks back Epic released a video that teased a very Predator-esque enemy coming up in Gears of War 2. The latest trailer on the game gives gamers a clearer look and a name, the Scourge. According to design director Cliff Bleszinski, this particular Locust wields a burst pistol and, of course, a double-ended chainsaw staff. While the Scourge represents the new “oh shit” opposition. Bleszinski still has a place in his heart for the kamikaze critters known as tickers.
