Saints Row 2 is going to kill it. Not because they have added porn star Tera Patrick as a “special producer” or used Gary Busey as a pitch man. However, both of those moves add a certain amount of zest greater than your average jazz hands. During the Saints Row 2 demo at E3 with Volition developers James Tsai and Roje Smith I could tell that they were excited about the game. From a customization standpoint alone the game is pretty staggering. You can play through the entire story as a hardcore thug or change your character into a woman, slap a rictus grin on her face and make her wear a hot dog suit. During the demo Tsai mentioned that they are in the optimization stage of development. I don’t know what kind of input Tera Patrick will have for the game at this point but she’ll probably make a hell of an impression on the Dorito-eaters during her appearance this Saturday at Comic Con.
