Break Out The Red Lightsaber And Practice Your Heavy Breathing

Lucas Arts dropped some new screens from their upcoming September release, The Force Unleashed. Gamers get a chance to walk the Dark Side as Darth Vader’s secret apprentice (what evil apprentice isn’t under wraps?). The storyline fills the gap in the movie series between Revenge of the Sith (the last one Lucas rolled out) and A New Hope, aka the first, and arguably the best, Star Wars flick to hit the silver screen.
To put it in simpler terms, this is all the shit that goes down in the time between Hayden Christensen passing the Darth baton to a far more badass James Earl Jones. Chronology aside, the game looks tight and, judging by the screens, promises plenty of chances to stick it to rancors, stormtroopers and anything else your heart desires. The game hits all major consoles September 16th.
