It’s time for one lucky reader to walk away with the ten items of E3 schwag (dominated, oddly enough, with items from the anti-E3 crew at Gamecock) that made it back from the West coast. If this hoard looks a little anemic to you, gold star! You’re right! Given the current state of E3 as a shell of its former self it only makes sense that the game companies on hand cut back on the schwag. The conference never was meant to be a reason to load journalists up with enough blinking, plastic crap to choke a bull elephant. But it certainly made giveaways like this a little more compelling. The best caption for the photo posted after the jump wins the full kit.
This shot, taken in front of the “Showcase Pavilion” at the Los Angeles Convention Center, encapsulates the “catch the fever-ism” of e3 ‘08. The contest runs until 6 pm eastern on Wednesday. Let the comment wildfire begin! (Anything over three comments will be considered wildfire.)
